Aiming at customer satisfaction, implements a flexible return policy. The customer has the right to return a product if it is defective and ask for the replacement without any expense. Moreover, the customer has the right to return a product if he has implement wrong order. In this case, there will be charged up to 30% of the value of the product to be returned to storage space and management costs that entails plus transportation costs to the supplier. 

Returns will be accepted as long as the the following conditions are valid:

Conditions of Returns:

1) The product must not have been worn, altered, washed or damaged. 
2) Return the item(s) within 15 days of the shipping date. 
3) The product must be returned with the original product packaging, tickets attached.

Package your product to be protected during shipment.
Finally send the parcel via courier agency from which you received your order, consideration to Returns Department.

  • Please note that only in case of the MIKOS's mistake or defective product the return costs will be charged to the company. In all other cases the costs charged by the customer.
