Ordering

  1. In each product page you may see the features of the product. If the color of the product is critical for your choice we advise you to contact us via telephone 210 32 31 219 or email: sales@mikos-shop.gr in order to inform you how you may see a sample of the product you interested in.

  2. The minimum order quantity for curtain and upholstery fabrics is equal to 1 meter. The minimum order quantity for wallpapers is 1 roll.

  3. When you complete your order we always check the availability of the product. When we confirm the availability with the supplier we track your order so as for you to receive it in the time schedule mentioned in the features of each product page. In case you want to receive the product sooner than the availability mentioned please contact us via telephone 210 32 31 219 or email: sales@mikos-shop.gr so as to inform you for the alternative solutions.

  4. If the product you have ordered is not available at this time, meaning you have to wait more days than the ones are mentioned to the features of each product page you will be informed from mikos-shop.gr in order to decide whether you want to wait or to replace it with another one. If you want neither to wait nor to replace it we will refund the whole amount of your order. If you have chosen payment via bank account we will deposit the amount in the bank. If you have chosen payment via credit card we will cancel the charge.

  5. We advise you to check carefully the total price before you complete your order. The mikos-shop.gr reserves the right to change product prices at any time of year.

  6. Order cancellation. If the product has not been cut or packaged for shipment by the supplier, your order may be cancelled without any charge. If the product has been cut or packaged for shipment by the supplier your order may be cancelled under specific conditions. In this case we need to charge you the 30% of the price of the product due to storage, transportation and management costs.
